Ivelisse Vallejo, Oscar Escobar y Johanny Brito.SANTO DOMINGO.- El laboratorio francés Sanofi-Aventis se coloca más cerca de sus clientes al dejar en operación un moderno Call Center, el cual atenderá las llamadas de sus clientes, representados por las más de 900 farmacias a las cuales suple de importantes líneas de medicamentos.
La puesta en operación se realizó durante un cóctel en el hotel Hilton, con la participación de numerosos clientes del laboratorio farmacéutico y de los ejecutivos de la empresa, incluyendo a la Dra Mónica Zerpa, Gerente General de Sanofi-Aventis de la República Dominicana.
Thomas Maurisset, gerente de Supply Chain señaló que el Call Center beneficiará su clientela “ofreciéndoles un abastecimiento permanente, por su accesibilidad y por la seguridad de ser atendido y entendido”.
Maurisset también comunicó cómo acceder al Call Center a través del teléfono 809.740.3333, desde el Distrito Nacional, y 1.809.200.0333 desde el interior, libre de cargos. Dijo que la iniciativa fortalecerá aún más la confianza del sector farmacéutico en esa empresa.
